BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Core Club is an on-the-fly core training workout (5-15 minutes between classes) which uses your body weight to strengthen and tighten your midsection. Exercises will help with functional fitness for everyday life to help you prevent injury and better progress in all other class formats.
CROSSFIT™ is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit Light is a “lighter” and more simplistic version of our regular CrossFit™ classes. It could be for the new member and individuals just getting back into improving their fitness or for individuals who would like to combine some strength training to their current running or fitness routine.
GRIT™ is offered in three formats: GRIT Strength™, GRIT Cardio™ and GRIT Plyo™. GRIT Strength is a 30-minute, high-intensity interval training workout designed to improve strength and build endurance. ROMWOD™ stands for Range Of Motion Workout Of the Day. Daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity. ROMWOD is offered via video streaming at KAHA during several specific times throughout the week, and "on demand" in the training room whenever you need 15 to 30+ minutes of flexibility/mobility.
RPM™ (CYCLING) is a workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints.
