#1 - REDEMPTION WEEK: DECEMBER 31-JANUARY 6

  • One week. Max points. Redeem your 2018.

  • You’ll have one week to earn max points through attending classes and completing gym challenges. Scorecards will be on the front desk. Prizes will be awarded BUT… how many spots and what are the prizes? You’ll have to participate to find out.

#2 - PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Personal, semi-private (two people) and small group (3-5 people) training has finally come to KAHA & Together We Rise CrossFit! Whether you’re looking to build strength, take your fitness to the next level or work on some of those “I just can’t seem to get it” CrossFit skills, personal training is a great option!

  • Choose your trainer: Your personal training team includes a variety of experience and training styles. Ask us for more information about training with Kiel, Monica, JoJo, Tasha, Jeremy or Chris!

#3 - 8-WEEK TRANSFORMATION

#4 - NEW, NEW, NEW!

  • The new schedule will be announced early next week (January 1) and will officially start on Monday, January 7

  • We’re launching a new class called “Rise45,” a 45-minute bootcamp-style class that combines CrossFit Light and TRX

  • Childcare will start on Monday, January 14 three mornings per week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday)

  • New membership rates will take effect on January 7, so tell your friends to sign up now if they’re thinking about it! This is for new members only, current members’ will stay the same.

#5 - A FEW OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Please get in the habit of signing up for classes now to reserve your spot. We will be enforcing the class caps for the first quarter of 2019. As always, those who sign up will have first priority, then those who show up next will take the remaining spots in the order they arrived.

  • Starting January 1, there will be a $5 no-show fee for classes. If you sign up and are not able to attend, please cancel your booking within 90 minutes of the start of class to avoid the no-show fee. In addition, sign-ups will be cut off 30 minutes prior to the start of a class. If no one is signed up for a class within 30 minutes of its start time, the instructor will be called off and the class will not run.
